I know embassy won't accept scan version but only original, a friend of mine said consulate is more flexible and she applied with scan version for her non ED visa and they accepted. Have some here have similar experience with non b visa? Thank for your replies in advance! miniVN Posted December 7, 2018 Author Share Posted December 7, 2018 Hi! I just applied my visa. The consulate in HCM accepted everything in copy version. Have signature signed and tamp then scan and print it in colors no need to submit the original. ps. Only the consulate here accept it though. The embassy in HN still required original document.
