Hi everyone,

 

At first thanks for reading this!!

 

So here's the thing after a bad break up back in europe with my crazy ex while she was on schengen visa i send her back home due to her physical problems. She half destroyed my life and everything around me, think about my family my friends and my financial status,  Im almost sure she is a borderliner or narcist. Anyway, a classic one i guess of what ive been reading on the internet that she is definetly not the only one with this phisicalsickness.

 

Now she treanened me to go to the thai embassy, police and put a lawyer on me and even worse to come and look for me and do something when i get back soon to thailand for a holiday.

 

My question and maybe a stupid one but still i really would like to know. Is it even possible for her to fix  that i can not enter Thailand while everything happend in europe and i never touched her with 1 finger to hurt. Her family is definetly not a poor one and they have some connections with police ( that what she told me ).

 

I would be thankfull for youre serious answers.

Don't tell her you're coming back.

In fact, why even come back ... try the Philippines or Vietnam or Cambodia for a change.

Yes but she know already she was sitting next to me when i booked my ticket when it was still ''okay'' with her.

Just a crazy talk, she can't do shyt.. keep away from her don't contact her and don't reply to anything coming from her, good luck to her framing you for nothing and no evidence and paying big money to a lawyer...

Relax, they like to make threats.

There is nothing she can do in reality.

Yes you are right. The thing is she really contacts everybody around me even a mother from a friend of mine. Its crazy... Annoying me, stalking whole day in every possible way like change number, change line, change email everything, try to manipulate. F*cking headache. But yes just dont reply to anything coming but sometimes its difficult.

But still i live in a small village and my parents they live 2 streets away from my house we been having dinner many times in the past and everyone got fb and well i think you know how things go. My mom is Thai as well.

If your mom is Thai, then you are a Thai citizen and cannot be prevented from entering the country.

That is my purpose too for my my next visit to get the thai nationality and enjoy the weather. Im born in europe and never got a thai citizen beacause of my parents always been scared that i need to go to the army. Now im at an age that i dont really think they will try to force me.

You'll need a Thai birth certificate first from the Thai embassy in France.

As far as I know, that can't be done in Thailand.

Sounds like my Ex was she an alcoholic?

This one threatened me with Army Navy and the Air force which one do I want first she said, send them all at one was my reply let get it over with, Im still here waiting 18 years later

It is only in the past. Nothing to worry. They could have only forced you to join army if you entered Thailand on a Thailand visa. And I don't think Thailand forces people unlike some South American countries and Israel. Thailand is a "mai pan lai" country. They really don't care.

But I don't see any way see can stop you from entering Thailand. Is her parent in the military as a top brass? Does she have access to King's inner circle?

Haha sure she was alcoholic. Not even 50kg but still she drinks faster then me and more then me. I just opened my bottle and her's was empty already.

She can/will do diddly squat. Jump on the plane and proceed to the immigration line as normal. The customary five hour wait to have your picture taken is still in effect, of course.

What five hour wait? I've never waited more than one hour in immigration line. Most of the time, it is pretty fast - may be 15 minutes

get your Thai birth cert, and passport sorted in your home country, get all friends/family to block her on social media,change all social media accounts, don't use a photo of yourself on new accounts, sort out the Thai id, house book once in Thailand.

 

op, not meant as a criticism of you but i fail to comprehend why some parents deprive their offspring of their heritage, ie passport to both parents home country, language etc

It is best to sort your thai travel documents before you depart.

As a natural born Thai, you can’t be denied entry into the country. 

 

Very few people in any case have the reach to prevent a person from entering. Unless she is good friends of the Interior Minister, the she is bluffing.

She has no authority or power whatever to tell the Thai police or the Thai Immigration authorities to ban you. 

 

 

If I was u, I would check and re-check all your luggage for anything that may have been planted, ie. contraband. If she drops dime on you and u have something illegal hidden in your luggage...you may be walking into a trap with Thai customs. Nome saaane?

As a Clinical Psychologist, first, let me say that you should never try to diagnose a person because you do not have the qualifications, the knowledge, nor the experience to do so.  Your statement that she "...is a borderliner or narcist." makes absolutely no sense at all.  I know what the second term refers to but which you have incorrectly spelt, and no idea what you mean by a borderliner.   Forget going on to the internet to read something that may be written by somebody who does not have the correct education, qualifications, etc., in an attempt to diagnose what a person may be psychologically or even physically suffering from.  Take yourself to a Clinical Psychologist, explain the problem in great detail and get a proper/better evaluation.  Unfortunately, your wife should go with you and undergo complete testing, etc., so the true story of her problems can be found.  No more as this could go on for a long time.

no she can't banned you, its not easy to be banned from Thailand with no criminal record. You don't have any arrest warrants. Her police talk is just to scare you.

excellent advice that men just seem to ignore under the guise of no this is a genuine girlfriend.  I just hope the OP cuts her free. I have seen guys completely screwed over by their thai girls still feeling responsible for their exes or their kids and families. 

I still haven't heard of a thai not having connections in police.  

I would change your ticket to a day earlier ... she will probably waiting to greet you as you exit customs... and as other said ... check you luggage ...
