Perhaps you are a bit soft.  We are talking about sticking o what is agreed, not an ideal %

I prefer to reduce the military budgets overall and spend the money to something more productive. Btw. Free healthcare and education are pretty cool things.

  • Ahhhh the bully nation tries being the United Nations again?

  • Ahhh, the bully pays 22% for the upkeep of this woofer called the UN.  And carries the NATO free-loaders in the face of the Russian aggression.

  • Actually those NATO freeloaders, which consists of most of the EU, pays over 30% of UN costs. And that with an aggregate GDP less than the GDP of the USA.

If you are not a Euro why do you care?

Does a bully have to be fair?

Why does the bully not make the Euros pay 100%.

He is a bully afterall!

Why care?

really?

do you not think that every country in the world is impacted by a potential arms race and rampant nuclear proliferation?

anyway... the bully is paying willingly.... despite complaining about it, for a reason... perhaps you should think on why that is.

no one is compelling the US to pay above the agreed rate... no one... so perhaps the US should simply cut back on its contribution and stop whining about it

So you admit a bully belongs to treaties just so he can have the Euro b!tch, moan and whine.

But it’s the US which is whining.... I’m not sure how you get to the conclusion above.... I clearly stated a treaty is for mutual defense...

words dont appear to be your strong suit.

The location and number of bases is more or less irrelevant when the discussion is about violating nuclear weapons agreements.

The US does not regard the bases and their locations

as irrelevant, they are a powerful tool in international

negotiations.

Any US discussions are becoming pointless, as the US

has a history of breaking international agreements,

treaties, and promises, resulting in a loss of their

credibility worldwide.

Thinking is not to be your strong suit.  America-bashing isn't either.

Ouch.... hopefully this thought process hurt me more than you, as your obviously suffering enough.

Aw..here we go again..

These people are nuts and should go away  and experience "the rapture" all  on their own.

No-one would really care,which I guess,really disturbs them-hence their incessant bullying.

"No-one likes us-we don't know why..

We may not be perfect but heaven knows we try.."..

No regardless - USA pays 80% of NATO and 22% of the UN.

I thought you knew that a bully "belongs to various alliances and treaties" simply because he can have Euros beg him to stay in them, have the Euros complain that he is not honoring them and have the Euros label him unreliable.

That the  "bully" pays over and above the agreed is purely on the basis  of maintaining the presumption of superiority.

That presumption provides no mandate to expect  support  for the motivation.

If diplomacy was over ridden  by  honesty many if  not the majority would give the opinion the the presumption by the bully is a self created excuse  to  apply the presumption.

In simple  terms? Self interest. Come the  day? There is  you, there is  them, there is US.

The US has instigated over 100 wars since WW2 and

60 regime changes in foreign governments, all for

US profit and eventual world domination. NWO.

I wouldn't call the US a bully, its more like a rabid dog.

I feel empathy for the regular American folk, as good

as anybody in the world, thrown into the US war machine.

I suspect Al Capone is back and become the Godfather

of US government foreign policy.

Troll posts removed.

That's my initial reaction any time "Team America" jumps into action. However, these terms were agreed to by Russia, yes?

Yup-downhill all the way since 1945.

The world's largest military-industrial complex.

They make the Wilhelminian Germans look like neo-platonists.
