Savannakhet Non O Multi Entry Still Available ?

I just looked at the Savannakhet Thai Consulate website and only see the fees for single entry. Have they stopped issuing multi entry based on marriage?

price for the multiple entry was never showed in the website of the consulate... wasn't 3 years ago, wasn't 2 years ago wasn't last year and wasn't last June...

Update: Yesterday I sent an email to the consulate in Savannakhet, asking if they are still doing the multi entry 'O' - just replied today - yes they are.
