Not sure if Semolina "Flour" is the correct vernacular, but back in farangland I've been making Pizza Dough with an 80/20  00 Flour/Semolina mix.

Flour isn't easy to come by in BKK/Rangsit but I have found some, anybody know where I can track down the semolina in this area. I'm not after wholesale. Or anybody suggest an alternative.
