A local equivelent to Tyvek

Recommended Posts

Greetings all.

Wondering if you all have found a source for Duponts Tyvek, or a local equivlent in your housebuilding projects?

Tyvek is DuPont's version of housewrapping, it allows water vapor to pass through but not water molecules.  Think of it like Gore Tex for wrapping the outside layers of your house before the final shell goes over the top.

Any ideas?

Thanks heaps Kwasaki.

Yer name reminds of triple cylinder 750cc two strokes of times gone by.

Thankfully not married.  Always wondered why divorced gents come here to go down that path again.

Not for a house but makes excellent lightweight tarp material for cheap.

Again thank you for the link.
