At room temperature, CO2 liquifies at 70 bar. Sounds hairy.

This sounds like you want an ordinary CO₂ canister of the type that is used in any restaurant that has fountain drinks on tap:

 

 

You could try any of the many dry ice shops that are almost everywhere - they are where the Thai ice cream vendors get their dry ice every day.  Here's one near me:

The beast our OP has does the vapourisation at the business end for better cooling.

EDIT Some research shows that CO₂ fire-suppression systems use cylinders with dip tubes, could be a source there. But as noted earlier the manufacturer's local FaceBook page would be a good starting point.
