Would you ever hit a woman?
No one is designed to take hits. Practice and training helps if you do get attacked, and you might take hits better than the average man. One punch might drop most women, but not those trained, but I'm wondering how you know about fighting women. I personally know a few women who could deck many men, and they're not the bruisers you might imagine. This is why I teach my daughters to defend themselves, as many "men" are cowards and will hit a woman right off , because they seek control, and can't do it with other men. Women aren't as helpless as you believe. -

Driver License renewal
As pointed out.. You require a COR. As for medical there are small shops set up as "medical clinic" near most transport offices. Indicate where you plan to renew your license for best advice. How long has it been expired. Up to one year expiry no issue. -

So sure you need a proof of residence (res.cert.). Worst case: read that it can be complicated: DLT will give you a request letter. With that and only with that immigration will issue free of cost. Some unlucky guys have to wait weeks for it. Maybe an "express fee" might help. But really worst case depending on office. -
