air asia nickel and diming?

where does it end with the nickel and diming of air asia. soon they will charge to call in and complain about charges .   is thier a way to get around their processing fee if I pay at air asia desk?  I dont think fares are same at desk versus my big member discount on my computer?

Actually, pre-paid charges are lower than what you pay at check-in, I noticed this for all low cost carriers, specially for luggage, difference is several 100 Baht for a 20kg bag

You must be new to Air Asia as they have been charging for years - I just transfer direct via my bank which is cheap - and so is paying at 7/11
