Starmer Signals Possible U-Turn on Two-Child Benefit Cap Amid Mounting Pressure
If you want to know Starmer's next policy, ask Farage. Reminds me of Harris stealing Trump policies. Why are the left so weak? So devoid of ideas? So pathetic? -

Anyone got a Deye 10kW inverter - thoughts and experience?
Does it matter if I set the inverter to "Zero Export To Load" or "Zero Export To CT"? I don't have a backup load, or to be more precise my whole house is the backup load. So my wiring will be like this: In both modes the inverter will provide power to the backup load, and will not export power to the grid. This is how I want it to work. However, I note that only under the "Zero Export To CT" mode does it say, that if PV and battery is insufficient to power the load, then the inverter will supplement with power from the grid. What happens under "Zero Export To Load" if my house draws more power than is available from PV + batteries? -

Why do so many posters continually diss other posters?
There are a few in particular. They always make it personal. @Harrisfan and @Yagoda are two examples of the worst of this forum. Many of us can discuss politics without necessarily hating people for the choices that they make. Yes I do hate Trump, yes I have zero respect for the man, but I understand why people voted for him, and I respect Trump supporters as fellow human beings, and there's no reason to make this personal, yet some feel the need to descend to the same level as their master. I truly believe that the greatest act of patriotism is to criticize Trump, his astonishing ignorance, and his willingness to make America very irrelevant. -

Bank application
Data protection is not a prime concern in Thailand. You can bet that there is a well established network. Of course they can supply data of (foreign) customers and the providers will give them a match/no match result. The banks will also go through their own data and find same number for accounts on different names and the phone(!) provider will threaten you locking the number within 24h if not appearing for identification. First hand experience. And that makes it clear that there is an exchange of data.
