Hi - sorry if this is the wrong forum, please move if necessary

 

My Thai girlfriend and myself are going to be in Hanoi, Vietnam when the Thai election takes place on March 24th. However my girlfriend is pretty keen to vote.

 

Can anyone give guidance about how she can do this?
