Hi

i need to renew my Thai tourist visa this month on the 17th, can anyone please advise on how I can obtain this by going to Vietnam Hanoi, things like documents required how to get there from Chiang Mai, and if possible a hotel near the visa office, how much money I need to pay etc, I thank you in advance for your time and patience

Been covered so many times....

So can't be bothered with complete list. Already available on Thaivisa.

Consulate is close to district 1. Yellow bus 109 goes from airport to terminal district 1. 

Consulate very good but strict. Make sure all docs presented and hard copies. Flights etc.

Drop off am...pick up pm next day.

Sorry just saw HANOI. I was typing about Saigon. Actually right now im in Hanoi. Pretty much same. Head for old quarter

You can get a 30 day extension at your local IO. (1,900BHT)

Bank statement, Proof of flight out of Thailand (within 2 months), photo, Passport is picked up next day. I fly air asia. Embassy 30 minutes walk from old town.
