Thai-Italian man falls to death in Pathum Thani

A half Thai-Italian man fell to his death from his room on the eighth floor of an apartment building in Pathum Thani province on Wednesday in what might have been suicide, police said.
 

The Klong Luang police reported the death of Akinare Prancesco Polize (not the official spelling), 22.

 

When police arrived at the apartment, his roommate, Jirawat Mapradit, 23, was still asleep.

 

Police checked and did not find any trace of fighting in the room. Officers took Jirawat for questioning.

 

Jirawat reportedly told police they had lived together for a month.

 

He said Akinare did not go to work on Tuesday and when he returned to the room at 8pm, the man appeared sad but he did not tell him anything.

 

Jirawat said he went into sleep at 2am on Wednesday and was woken up by the police.

 

Akinare apparently said he wanted to go to Italy to meet his father but he had financial problems.

To other people don't make suicide just because money problems 

I am sure he could had got money from his family to go back Italy 

Very plausible story.

Another suicide case according to police thorough and professional investigation. 

So Thailand is the place to go to commit suicide? I am sure it deserves the world Top Ranking in that respect. ????

Case closed.

Sounds like a gay lovers tiff.

One Thai the other Thai-farang.

Quite uncommon to see such a comment in regards to a foreigner broke in Thailand. Usually theres all kind of negative comments for begging or being a backpacker etc etc.

Thailand - "The Hub of Suicides"! Perhaps the TAT could get a promotion out of it...
