    Sorry, I don't see the contraddiction (and I would rarely agree with Trump).   The point is whether the 100's of "foreign fighters" are still citizens of their countries of origin, or not. I

My guess is her passport has expired. Your passport is a privilege not a right and remains the property of the issuing government. (at least that is what mine says) No need for the US to issue her a new one or any other travel documents, so she will remain where she is at least as long as Trump is in the Whitehouse.

    So now - that ISIS is "defeated" - she claims how much she regrets what she did .. maybe .. 

    She already decided to leave the U.S to join ISIS and live in Syria, so now she can as well leave Syria for Yemen where her family comes from - why not?

    Take her back.  Send her to Rikers for a few days while preparing her chariot to take her to Guantonimo. 

     

    Don't forget to separate her from her child when she lands.  

    If she joined ISiS(as it is widely claimed) then she may have involuntarily Renounced Her Citizenship?  She could just fly to Mexico and join a Caravan?

    You should really try reading the whole story. It was the Obama Whtehouse that determined she wasn't eligible to be a US citien and revoked her passport.
