I have had a Non-Quota Immigrant Visa for the last 53 years and am now, of course, retired. Can anybody tell me what rights I have i.e. ability to work, ownership of property etc. I know that Thailand has not ratified the International convention on immigrant's rights so do I enjoy any rights that non-immigrant holders don't have?

The non quota immigrant visa is only issued for those issued permanent residency. If you have been here since you were issued permanent residency you still have the same rights that you have had from it.

You still need a work permit to work and you cannot buy land.
