You need small shops rather than mainstream homepro etc........

Yes, thinking about it, NamChai on the Sukhumvit is good for stuff like this.

 

Go to the service center behind the store, and ask there.

Once I was looking for a Hatari spare part. Couldn't find them in the shops.

So I used the above mentioned email of Hatari service.

The part was delivered within two days. I can't complain at all.

I had one fixed in Naklua at a shop on Sawang Fa road (between bkk bank and numchai)

about 30m on the left almost opposite the post office

good guy and not expensive

Coming from the N.pattaya bus station turn towards Sukhumwir[walking] and app 50 meters along is an electricity shop that stocks almost everything and good price.
