I am going there anyway Sorry I cannot give you an anwer to your question,but what I heared lately is that you can get one (multple non-O and tourists)in new Delhi India,so think you could have a pretty good chance they will give it in Colombo as well.......You should give them a call and ask it!!!If they gave it to you allready I would like to hear it from you on the forum!Good luck!
