It works but its not the worlds best website, you usually need to use a certain browser and your information has to be very accurate.

I had an instance where it wouldn't go through and after checking my information it turned out I had put the wrong flight number (QF24 instead of QF23), corrected the flight number and it went through. Get a new passport in thailand and it wont work until you re-enter etc.

It works with Chrome for me, others use Foxpro, I.E., maybe others. 

Flight number is not required. Only enter the * required fields and use the drop down boxes.

I am probably talking gubbins but it fails for me over weekends and holidays, but when I try it, say Monday afternoon or  other working hours, it seems to work. So I will be using it as much as I can to avoid a TM30 interrogation!

What's the problem if you have done a TM30?

Sorry, I may have got confused, but I am talking of my experiences doing the 90 day report on-line. 

I have never ever done a TM30 for myself.
