WebGuy
Going through the physical test at this very moment and going to watch a training video. I was said that after the video I must do a test. Does anyone know if the test is based on that video? Any other advice?
Peterw42
Most likely the knowledge test, also expect an eye/reflex test.

lemonjelly
Use the link I just posted so ya can practice for the computer test. Once you’ve passed that, you’ll have to do the practical, tip: if you can borrow a manual transmission you won’t have to do the reverse parallel parking but will have to do a hill-start instead..... much easier Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect
Puchaiyank
The computer driving test is 50 questions...you need to get 45 correct to pass. Much to my surprise, I was required to take the driving test again...although having licenses going back 40 years... Now have 5 year lic in pocket...btw failed the driving test 1st time as was totally unprepared...
WebGuy
Hi, I own to tell you the story about extending my bike and car driver licenses. They both were expired for more than 1 year (almost two). They did not care abut my WP but wanted me to show them a confirmation of residence issued from my embassy or the yellow book. I gave them the yellow book and based on that they scheduled a training for me (I had to wait almost one month for that). I appeared in the morning with my yellow book and passport and they sent me for a brief medical check. Then a movie was played for almost three hours. Then lunch. Then test for bike and then test for car separately. After I passed the tests, I had to pay around 800 baht and got the driver licenses extended for another 5 years. It took from 8am until 3pm and took place in Nonthaburi. Feel free to address any questions if any. Cheers!
