Hi to everyone!
I was convicted in court and depared to my home country about 3 years ago. Reason is small amount of marijuana. I paid just 2000 baht penalty and bought ticket to home. Nothing special. Now I'm in blacklist as I know, but I don't have any idea for how long. I taked tourist visa at embassy some time ago and tried go to Thailand but airline don't registered me to the flight. As I understand now visa is not reason to go.
Do you have any idea how I can know how long will be at blacklist?
Thank you,
Aleksandr.

Just curious, were you found with marijuana in your possession or in your urine after a police state's authoritarian conduct of a urine test for no reason at all? I was caught just after returning from Amsterdam and I settled it by paying 5K to the police without going to the court. Were you asked for a payment to settle it without going to court?

Carefully check your passport. Most often when you are deported and blacklisted, there are stamps in your passport that memorialise the process, and will indicate the length of the blacklisting. For a drug offence, it could conceivably be a lifetime ban. After three years, it is possible to appeal to have a lifetime ban lifted, the best chance being compassionate grounds if you have a Thai spouse or child.

The only way to find out how long you are banned from entering the country is  it to contact the immigration Bureau or hire somebody to do the check for you.

Immigration Bureau

Thank you! I think is the best way.

It was a real weed, not urine test. Yes, It was possible to pay immediately but I don't had money with me and my home was far from this place. On this cops was don't agree to go.

Now I don't have access to my old passport because it was full and I changed it to new. But I'm checked carefully it. Just founded many thai notations without any dates. One big paper was also attachet to my passport but it stayed with cops wtich meet me in my country. Is it possible to appeal if I don't have a Thai spouse or child?

An appeal is always possible. The question is the odds of the appeal being successful. Using a well connected immigration lawyer greatly increases your chances, depending on how much you are willing to pay.

Did you get informed why they did not register you to the flight?

Because the pre arrival approval by immigration showed he was banned from entering when they sent it to the airline.

Sounds similar to some of the on the spot fines in the UK, around 3200 baht for cannabis, if the police even bother. Brings home what a big deal it is here.

Sure. They tried register me about 15 minutes and told that don't received reques from Thailand. After this head manager or something like this connected with airline office in Bangkok (it was AirAsia) and told me that I'm in blacklist.

It looks like you had legal problems in Mae Hong Son province and this is a reference to that.

Thank you, yes I know about this ????
I search information about blacklist duration

The above Thai stamps only give references to your case, they do not refer to the length of your blacklist. To find that out you need to contact Thai immigration and quote the above references. You will probably need a Thai speaker, very possibly a lawyer.
