Non O Multiple entry visa

Can anyone tell me what documents are needed now for a Non O marriage visa multiple entry from the Thai consulate in Savannkhet, Laos? and how much the cost is, I think before it was my passport, the original marriage certificate, a copy of my wife's ID card and blue card both signed by her.

Copy of your PP ID page, marriage certs, her blue book, her ID card + 5000bht..Original marriage certs are the biggy at Sav..
