Book of Revelations maybe not so much. LOL.

You are right, he is not a religious nutter, he just uses it to fool his MAGA followers that he believes in the bible and god. Anything to help his grifting and lies.

IMO anyone who believes in the bible and other related nonsense is "a sandwich short of a picnic" as the old saying goes.

Well, Hollywood did make a movie that was inspired by Noah's Ark.

So I'm not so sure it's completely irrelevent.

Obviously the film-maker thought there was some depth to that story and is trying to convey "something" in his film ...

But if you watch the film and get nothing out of it, then you get nothing out of it.

No one can force you to see relevance in something if you don't.

Try watching it (again). There might be just a couple of lines in there that tweak your thinking a little. And then Noah's Ark might not be a complete joke.

How did you come up with pragmatic as an label for Trump? Only a blood fan or The Dispatch would call him Pragmatic. Self serving egoistic and tactically opportunistic

Charlie Brown will not get promoted to a top leadership position any time soon because he wouldn't survive 10 minutes.

He has the personality that allows him to operate in that realm.

You in Norway now? What time is it there?

He has the personality that allows him to operate in that realm? Do you truly believe that? Is this your idea of a functioning top leader? One day it is bombing Iran, the next it is Greenland, NATO, ceasefire talk, then back again to more escalation and spectacle. That is not serious leadership. That is impulse, noise, and chaos sold as strength.

This is not American wrestling. This is the presidency, arguably the most serious office in the world. So spare me the empty talk about personality. The provoking part is that ignorant people voted him into an office where this kind of behaviour has consequences far beyond a TV screen.

And yes, people are naturally curious about the blurred and hidden Epstein files too. That alone is enough to make people ask what is still being hidden and why

Well, back to the topic. I just got a bit emotional hearing what may be the most beautiful sentence I have heard in a long time from Jeremy Hansen: when are we going to understand that, whatever this is, we are in it together!

Looking back at Earth in all its vastness, surrounded by darkness,

Planet Earth — you are a crew.

Maybe take Trump to another thread and not ruin the God thread.

If you haven't noticed, Trump is the new Messiah in Usa, and I do not know who of you brought him in here, but I just answered what you claimed.

This thread is bad news. It just ends up with the same arguments being regurgitated endlessly. And debating Trump or politics is also a bad idea that leads to endless fighting with no resolution in sight.

I will avoid both of these topics now.

Moving right along, this hits the nail on the head, as the saying goes.........

For sake of contrast > take a look at this 12 minute clip of the 1969 Press Conference by the 3 astronauts that allegedly landed and walked on the moon.

Their body-language and responses are those of men that are utterly depressed and seemingly have a 'heavy secret' to hide and afraid that one of them would spill the beans.

As the commentator on that vid stated, many people that watched or attended that Press Conference completely lost their belief in the moon landing...

Can just imagine what they had to hide of feelings after such a journey, since The Apollo crew came from a very different time. More military, more formal, more controlled, and much less open with feelings in public. That does not mean they hid a secret or lied. It means they acted like men of that era were expected to act.

What we saw now from the new crew is just more human and open, because today they are allowed to express emotion in a very different way.

Different body language is not proof of a hoax. It is more likely proof of different times, different culture, and different ways of showing emotion.

Makes you wonder, or does it. LOL??

I received the following forward via a WhatsApp group.

  1. Do you think it will work?

  2. Are there normal people who believe in these?

  3. Have these worked for anyone?

  4. Why do people spread this type of messages?

I can answer this as a believer, but not in the religious way.

I do not believe that forwarding a message, writing “Amen”, or sharing a picture will change my life.

But I do believe in daily positive rituals. I believe in gratitude. I believe in discipline. I believe it is healthy to stop for a moment and remind yourself that life is not only noise.

For some people that ritual is religion. For others it is meditation, training, walking in nature, lighting a candle, saying thank you, or just sitting quiet for five minutes before the day starts.

I believe there can be value in this, but not because the message itself has magic power. The value is in what it wakes up in you. Gratitude. Humility. Hope. A better attitude toward the day.

Life can be hard. Things happen that we do not understand. We get setbacks, losses, sickness, and problems we did not ask for. But still, there is something powerful in being grateful for what is still here.

So I do not mock people for this. I only separate belief from superstition. Belief can give people strength. Gratitude can change how we carry our burden. But forwarding a WhatsApp message is not the same as faith, and it is not the same as discipline.

That is where I stand. I believe in the daily ritual, not the chain spamming. I hate when people spam my inbox with crap like this.

I believe in gratitude. I believe in discipline. I believe it is healthy to stop for a moment and remind yourself that life is not only noise.

Thank you.

I too agree on the above, but I just can't understand why people send spam on a daily basis . It seems many believe very strongly about these rubbish, and faithfully keep forwarding without breaking the chain.
