Penang SETV

Hi! Is it possible to get a SETV in Penang consulate after the first SETV (done in Savannakhet) finished? 

 

Also, have there been any updates (or added requirements) regarding the application? Like proof of funds, airline ticket proof, etc.

You should be ok if it’s only your 2nd SETV.

 

You still need a bank statement showing the equivalent of at least 20K and a flight out.

I recommend Penang be avoided for tourist visas. There have been some arbitrary requirements imposed sometimes, such as demanding you have a flight back to your home country, and they frequently use the "travels frequently to Thailand as a tourist" stamp that makes future visa applications harder. Many get their visas without incident, but I still regards Penang as a consulate to avoid. Kuala Lumpur is better these days.
