I bet you a Pattaya shrimp buffet dinner that this tower will not be built or that at least will not be completed. That developer is unknown Thais and farangs wont buy any bricks there. Pattaya Posh supposedly 80% Chinese owned,bought with 18 month maintenance fees paid up front . not hard to see where that building ends up 2 to 3 years down the road.
