Hey all,   Is anyone else on here disappointed by Craigslist in Thailand?   I live in a small city back in So Oregon, and there is more stuff on the Craigslist there than there is in all of the Craigslist for thailand.

I have looked at other sites like Baht sold.   I am wondering if there are some other sites like Craigslist for thailand that you might point me towards?

is there a website like amazon here in thailand?   I found Lazada and have made a few orders from them,  and I am uncertain if I will continue to use them,  because some of the orders take 3 weeks or so to receive.

anyone have any suggestions?

Your help is much appreciated.

https://www.kaidee.com/ is probably the biggest site for second hand stuff in Thailand

On Lazada many items come from sellers in China, when looking at an article you can see where it's comming from. If you are not interested in orders from China, you can select the filter "local" on the article overview page, then you will only see articles shipped from within Thailand which will arrive within a few days.

Lazada takes 3 weeks to arrive if you select items from China, Korea etc.

Stick to Thailand products.

AliExpress or E Bay is an option but they will still take ages to arrive.

I ordered some wire wool from a local seller on Lazada this week.

Ordered at 4.30 pm on Friday. Was delivered at 8.00 am Saturday.

Amazingly fast.

Have ordered China shipment items from sellers on Shopee and all have arrived within 2 weeks (most within one).  They also provide much better shipment status information and are competitive or better priced than most other sellers (normally have a shipping change where Aliexpress often does not - but amount is very low).  They are not obviously in English but if you open in Google and ask to translate is is very readable and useable.  Their index supports English search and results are much better than some well known others.  They also offer very easy direct payment from Thai bank accounts.

Craigslist is NOT the place to go shopping with with confidant, it is known to a place where all sorts of unscrupulous and less than honest people advertise they wears and most are not to be trusted...
