There was about 40 foreign teachers of whom 4 were from Africa. One day, I mentioned to one of the African teachers that I'd seen this advert on TV that was racist. He laughed and told me it was him who starred in it. He knew it was bad but thought of the money. He got twenty thousand baht for doing the commercial. True story.
