March 9, 200719 yr Jeff, It is illegal for you to buy land. Did you buy this untitled land in the name of a Thai? Did you have the local puyai ban sign the documentation? Did you register the sale with the forest or land departments? Are you certain the seller had standing to sell the land (was it his?). Need a lot more details.

March 11, 200719 yr Jeff, You don't necessarily have a problem. Everything may be fine, as Thais often buy and sell untitled land. You did not give enough details concerning the sale in question for anyone to advise you however.
