Use a management company that will stop this kind of thing. Essential if you are not here yourself  Include a maid once or twice a week who can report. Slip security a couple of quid to keep an eye and report. Most importantly " KEEP A DEPOSIT " and ID which is law anyway. Include cleaning fees and loss of revenue in your T&C'S.
