“We’re on red alert for the pig virus,” Anan Suwannarat, the permanent secretary in Thailand’s Agriculture Ministry, said in an interview. “We’re trying everything to prevent it from spreading to Thailand.”

We can only hope they do as good a job at curbing the spread of air pollution.

I don't think Thailand will be able to stop it from spreading as (according to the map) it's already in Vietnam, which suggests only matter of time before it reaches us.

Chicken, beef anyone ?

Sounds like they need to buy more 2nd hand military hardware to battle foreign viruses from invading the country.

Get rid of the pigs, buy goats.

Vegetarian options may look good, mmmmmmm BBQ TOFU>>>>>>>

Just make sure the vegetables are not imported from China, and consider how they are grown in Thailand I guess (water used to grow them)
