Non-b To Tr

hello people,

I have a question,my friend done with 3 VOA and then he got NOn-B visa last january. the school that gave him the Non-b did not process his work permit and got fired.

The problem is,he doesnt know what's the next thing to do,is it okay after his 3 VOA and NON-B visa expires can he do visa run in cambodia again?or what? can anybody tell me what to do.after those,.

1. 3 VOA -Finished since oct 1

2. Non-b will expire next week

3. ????????????????????
