Bangkok Immigration is copy of TM30 OK?

Did the TM30 and paid the fine for my new address in Bangkok in preparation for my extension however have lost the TM30 receipt and fine receipt, no idea how I managed this but I do have a copy of both, will this be accepted as opposed to the original if I say I lost the original? All other docs are in order.

They should accept a copy of the report receipt since they can verify the report was done by checking their records.

What time should I arrive to hopefully be done by lunchtime? (extension based on Thai family)?

I would say as early as possible. I would say no later than 8 o'clock.
