Is a saying when business is bad,the first things that go is advertising.  Mentioned it before,but the rate those empty billboards now appearing in the city,never mind on the major highways is remarkable.    Aware what is going on,the increase motorised cooking carts,and m/c taxi es,fact most folk are flat broke too,which wasn't that unusual. Should do the national lottery once a week may improve things
