Tenant left toilet like this - landlady reckons he never cleaned once in 9 years!

In OZ if the property has any drug record very hard to get "landlord" insurance.

    I stayed in the same place for over 10 yrs and always kept the place clean and tidy. If anything ever broke or needed replacing, i'd just let them know and it was taken care of. Left the place spotles

    You can be sure if it was a farang it would of been reported .

Hmmm.... only 9 years?

Any time you rent a property include at least one free cleaning per month.  Have the maid report anything unusual. Done. Next?

And the same, 1200 miles to the east. 

looks like a studio type flat,not expensive.who checked the water or electricity bill.similar all round Thailand.he left it dirty and no one checked it before he left.not right,but the owner will get cleaners and painters etc will be right in a few days and a new tenant before  know it.next time she may check it before they move out or in

Great so in 9 ----   nine years you never once conducted a rent inspection. SOUNDS LIKE YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO RUN A  BUSINESS,
