I just went through the forms on the gov.uk site for a visitor visa for my wife and paid the fee. It then took me to the VFS Global website and created a login for me where there was a page to upload all my supporting documents. I closed this and came back to it later using the login but now I cant see the upload docs page anywhere in myappointment.vfsglobal.co.uk ? All I can see are the following options:

 

Location Details
 Customer Details
 Services
 Appointment
Review and pay

 

also it doesnt seem to save any of your progress in the forms if you exit. 

 

Am I doing something wrong here?

Nevermind I found it, you have to go through the full VFS application process to book the time and pay the fee then go back to your VFS account and submit your GWF number from gov.uk at 'My application' to get back to the documents upload page
