Dalee Roasted Duck with Sauce

On impulse I bought half a frozen duck with sauce, Dalee brand, from Big C.  Does anyone know what sort of sauce it comes with? Is it a spicy Thai sauce? Western-style gravy? Chinese-style 5-spice sauce? Orange sauce? Anyone know? The package doesn't give any clues, and the ingredients list is too generic to be of help.

But should I serve it with rice, noodles, Chinese greens, pommes dauphine, pommes galette, mash, peas? I would hate to be frightfully gauche and get it wrong.

The answer is:  Asian.

 

The duck itself was very nice, the sauce not so much and most of it was thrown away.

Buy a freshly roasted one from a restaurant.  i buy mine from the Pattaya park markets
