Anyone get a Non imm O based on retirement from Savannakhet without a proof of retirement letter

Didn't need any such letter, had non o visa then got retirement visa, needed letter from residence ie landlord and bank statement with the 800k, no problem 

So you are referring to retirement extension not a non O from Savannakhet?

You post is way over the top. Of course there are limits on what an affidavit can be done for.

In the OP's case I do believe they will do one since it is visa related.

British Embassy have confirmed they don't issue a proof of retirement letter. Maybe its not required by Savannakhet as no one knows anything about it
