In actual fact, you need ALL THREE of the above devices ????

 

You can get away with a multimeter and a neon screwdriver (enter the neon haters, but they do have a place), both available for nominal cost at Tesco, HomePro etc. etc.

 

Buy at the store is best.
I used to buy at shopee-laz, often time they send the wrong goods or defect.

 

Cheap Multimeter 500-800 Baht  such as UNI-T, Kyoritsu, etc.
