From the posts above, it would seem that the areas that don't really need rain, such as Bangkok and around, get it anyway, while those which dearly need it (farming) don't get it. 

 

We gonna need a canal from Bangkok to Isaan...

Udon Thani; 500m above sea level. BKK 1 metre above sea level. Better to divert the Mekong river south at Si Chang Mi.

 

Thailand needs a lot of infrastructure.

Isn't Bangkok 1 metre... below sea level? and going deeper... 

 

As for the Mekong, let's hope that the Chinese will not divert it all for their own use... which may well happen thanks to the rapid melting of the Himalayan glaciers...

Dykes on Bikes? there useta be an outfit in San Francisco with the same name...buncha big girls with lotsa tattoos...and big bikes...they got a lotta likes...
