However some of the various anti-aging clinics (Vita Life etc) do compound some of their own medications (female HRT for sure) and you might be able to get it or equivalent from them. Be warned, they are expensive, and they aren't public pharmacies i.e. you can't just go to their pharmacy with a script, you'd have to be a patient there and go through one of their doctors.
