This place is like an Amish picnic by comparison to London and some other cities.

Kudos to the big guy for not killing the idiot with the helmet. He easily could. He didn't even smash him on the pavement once he had him in the air - amazing restraint considering the other guy just tried to hit him with a weapon. Don't know what happened but it looks like self-defense on his part.

one thing is certain, the motorcylist is a lucky man. the well built taxidriver could very easily  have killed him he has chosen to drop and smash the diminutive motorcylist on the ground

Yes, but at least in Thailand they are illegal and people are regularly prosecuted for owning and using them.
