Thailand has been lobbying for support from 21 state parties, at the 43rd ordinary session of the World Heritage Committee (WHC) in Baku in the capital of Azerbaijan, for the Thai delegation to become a member of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee for the 2019-2023 term.
