swissie
Taking medicaton against high blood pressure daily. In combination with "Cialis", what are the possible negative effects (worst case scenario?)
Lacessit
Apparently dangerous with nitrates prescribed for angina. Otherwise no, according to Dr. Google.

Thanks Lacessit. No Angina. I only have a mild case of COPD. But I rather await Dr. "Sheryls" advise. Dr. "Google" gives me too much contratictionary advise. - As I gather, Cialis also serves to lower Blood-Pressure. In combination with (daily) anty high Blood-Pressure Meds, could it be that the combination of the both could lead to a "natural-death" as the blood-pressure" may drop under a life sustaining level? I was told, that if your Blood-Pressure is Zero, you are dead !
RJRS1301
I am sure seeking advice from your registered physician or cardiologist is better than asking here

I was told, that if your Blood-Pressure is Zero, you are dead ! I have six-monthly cystoscopies with anaesthesia. When I am conscious again, the recovery room nurses always freak out because my blood pressure is usually 100/60 with the BP medication I am on. I have to reassure them it's normal, nothing to worry about. I don't know at what level low blood pressure becomes dangerous. Perhaps Sheryl could advise. If you are using Cialis for stimulation ( ahem ) I'd suggest switching to Sidegra/Viagra, because Cialis persists in the body for prolonged periods. Sidegra usually is metabolized out in 4-6 hours. Sheryl
There can be a synergistic effect between medications taken for hypertension and Cialis, i.e. blood pressure may drop lower than it would from wither drug alone. If low enough you may faint. Best to get advise from your doctor.
