Hello,

 

For those who are owners in a Condominium or Housing Community in Thailand, does your home owner association use some form of cloud based software management tool to help organize your community? If so, what tools or services? Do those services provide both Thai and english language usage? Is there an android/iphone app for this service? If not, how is it organized?

I'm the webmaster for my condo.  For the web site we use Weebly.  The site has a password-protected section that points to documents sitting on a Synology Network Attached Storage box in my condo using it's File Station facility.  Once I got the link working, I just upload documents to the NAS and they're available via the web site.  I put up our monthly newsletter, announcements, staff list, Co-owner management committee biographies, financial statements, AGM minutes, etc.  The building staff makes most documents available in Thai and English, I publish everything they send to me.
