Recently returned from abroad and had heard about the TM30 (at CW) enforcement. I spoke with the landlord of my apartment building. She photocopied all usual pages of my passport and provided the attached document, which looks like it came from Thai Immigration, but I'm not sure it's the right thing. (I'm #3 on the blurred lines. Lines 1 and 2 look like other residents of my building.)

Can anyone tell if this is what I'll need when I renew my 'retirement visa' this coming October? Thx.

Yes.  This is exactly what I took to CW yesterday to renew my retirement visa.

This is the online system's confirmation that a TM30 has been filed.

Not like mine, which is only the bottom of the TM30 form, which they

keep just stamping with new date if I return from abroad.

But you live in an apartment so maybe correct.

This is very correct. I arrived from Switzerland at CNX yesterday and went straight to Immigration. They whitened out the previous reporting date and stamped the actual and new date next to it.

Went to CW for a 30 day extension and not a murmur on the TM30, even though I had the docs with me, I did not ask or produce them unless they asked me.

YMMV.

Once again!  Of course Immigration has no idea at all that a report has been made have they?
