Neither I nor my wife want to relocate to Cambodia. We visited it for 2 weeks, were impressed of the friendly people (my wife said: the real land of smile) and the good English language knowledge of the people - but to live there: for sure not. When my wife and I were at Koh Chang in a 4* hotel, the most friendly staff with the best English knowledge came from Cambodia.
