Payment gateway

We run a small business (Hostel and guesthouse) on Koh Samui and are looking for a payment gateway that can not only do physical payments with a credit card through a credit card machine but one that will also enable us to manually enter a customer's credit card numbers (card number, exp date and ccv).
The reason we require a manual entry is to charge customers a cancellation fee when they don't show up for a reservation.

We also want a machine that can accept touch and go payments as many of our Chinese customer's use WeChat pay. 

If anyone can please advise of any options it would be much appreciated.
