I would say that like the other 25 EU members they don't have a say and are not important. Sure some will say its a collective decision from the EU but even the stupid, know that to be rubbish. The Germans and French pull the strings and the rest are insignificant.

The biggest mistake that was made on the referendum was making it just a majority. It should have been 60% or more for leaving to actually leave. Now, the country is facing all this upheaval due to 4% of the voters. Anyway, too late now and I don't believe another referendum should be held as that creates a bad precedent for the future.

Exactly, the bulk of trade carried out by WTO members is done under agreement and not basic WTO rules.

I think it was in July last year that the UK submitted a schedule for approval, a schedule based on a copy of the EU schedule. Another schedule on services was submitted in December.
