CAN ANYONE HELP ME AND MY WIFE BOTH ENGLISH AND ARE CURENTLY

IN THAILAND ON A 1 YEAR MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA WE GOT IN HULL UK

THEY TOLD US WHEN THE YEAR WAS ALMOST UP WE COULD GET

ANOTHER 3 MONTHS EXSTENCION OF VISA IF THIS IS TRUE HOW MANY DAYS

BEFORE THE 12 MONTHS IS UP DO WE GO TO IMAGRATION AND CAN

THEY REFUSE IT

OK, assume you've both got O visas and are doing border runs every 90 days.

You can get a final 90 days by doing a border run just before the 'must use by' date in your visa, I assume that't what Hull meant.

You don't mention your ages, if you're over 50 (either of you) you can get a retirement extension on proof of 800,000 Baht in a local bank (the other partner can get an extension as the spouse of the retiree).

If they told you that they told you wrong. But I suspect what they said was you can obtain another 3 month entry (permitted to stay) stamp by leaving just before your visa expires and then returning while it is still valid. You will get the normal 90 day permitted to stay stamp but you can not leave and return unless you obtain a re-entry permit if you want to keep those 90 days alive. So in effect the 1 your visa allows almost 15 months stay.
