I have heard about this pe-pais (electronic) credit cards to use instead of the principal one for Internet purchases, etc. Where exactly can they be purchased? Thank you for your suggestions...

 

 

I know its not what you asked for: but check out Tenx, based on Bitcoin. Then add Abra as a wallet where you can lock crypto to fiat, like THB, and onboard with a service like Coinbase ????

 

Lots of options, also debit cards coupled to gold!
