GBP is plunging quickly. Mr. Johnson announced, and the Queen approved, suspension of Parliament from Sept. 12 to Oct. 14, the date set for the Queen's speech. No deal Brexit is almost a done deal.

 

GBP still at 37.4 but hang-on, and start screaming, it's a fast ride down!

 

The no deal Brexit has already been factored into the GBP so it likely wont change much unless there really was a no deal on 1st November.

 

If there is a deal at the last moment though watch the GBP rise quickly to 42/43 THB = 1 GBP

Ah but the suspension of parliament, by more than a month, lessens the possibility of a reasonable deal approved by parliament.

 

Should I buy GBP now?

Kind of funny that the remoaner MP's basically did nothing for over 3 years and then moan about the closure for a few days as it might ring on a NO Deal Brexit that the MP's already voted for by agreeing article 55 !
